As part of Football Federation Australia's (FFA) bid to host the FIFA World Cup in 2022, FIFA is visiting some of Australia's stadiums, hotels, training venues and other bid-related infrastructure in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane during a three day Inspection Tour.
As part of the Inspection Tour, FIFA will be visiting the MCG on Tuesday afternoon, July 27. While the Inspection Group is having a tour of the MCG, FFA would like to create a visual effect on the field of play that showcases grassroots football in Australia.
To help with this, FFA is inviting up to 500 boys and girls to help bring the World Cup to Australia in 2022 and participate in small-sided football activities during the inspection. To register your interest, simply complete the World Cup Bid Application Form and submit to louisa.bisby@melbourneheartfc.com.au
